Hawaiian Mocha No Bake Cookie Recipe

Hawaiian Mocha no bake cookie recipe

These no bake cookie bars have a super creamy texture and a wonderful taste.

You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cups butter
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon good quality cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons freshly ground espresso beans (finely ground)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup sweet shredded coconut
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly brewed hot espresso coffee
  • 3 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate squares
Directions:

Coat an 8-inch square pan with butter and set aside.

First layer:

  1. Melt 1/2 cup butter in a 2-quart pan
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the cocoa, and 4 tablespoons of ground coffee; mix well
  3. Add the beaten egg and vanilla extract; mix until completely blended
  4. Gradually stir in the graham cracker crumbs and mix well (you’ll get a thick mixture)
  5. Add the nuts and coconut to the mixture and mix to combine
  6. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and set in the refrigerator to cool

Middle layer:

  1. Beat 1/4 cup of butter until soft, then gradually add the sugar and beat until creamy smooth
  2. Stir in a little of the espresso coffee, only to make the mix smooth and easy to spread
  3. Remove the pan from the refrigerator and spread over the first layer
  4. Return to refrigerator to cool

Top layer:

  1. Melt the chocolate, 1 tablespoon of butter and the remainder of the ground coffee in a double boiler, mixing to combine
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over the middle layer
  3. Return to refrigerator to cool for 1 hour until the top layer sets
  4. Cut into small squares that will give you 36 pieces

Fruit and Nut No Bake Cookie Recipe

The Fruit and Nut no bake cookie recipe makes tasty and rich in flavor no bake cookies.

You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups sweetened rice and corn cereal squares
  • 1 package of white chocolate baking chips (12 ounce)
  • 1 cup of dried fruit, such as cranberries, raisins or diced apricots
  • ¼ cup peanuts
Directions:

1. Heat the white chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 second intervals until melted completely; stir chips between each 30 seconds

2. Stir in the cereal squares, fruit and nuts and coat well

3. Drop cookie clusters onto waxed paper with a tablespoon

4. Set in Refrigerator to cool for 1 hour

Easy No Bake Cookie Recipe

Easy No Bake Cookie Recipe

Don’t get the name wrong – it is easy, but tasty no bake cookie recipe.

You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
  1. Mix together the sugar, butter or margarine and the milk in a large pot and bring to a boil
  2. Keep boiling for 2 minutes
  3. Turn off the heat and add in the pudding, oats and vanilla extract
  4. Mix well and set aside to cool for 5 minutes
  5. Drop onto wax paper or tray using tablespoons

Crème de Menthe No Bake Cookie Recipe

Crème de Menthe no bake cookie recipe

If you want to indulge in something sinfully sweet but don’t have the time to make something fancy, this quick and easy no bake cookie recipe is sure to hit the spot.

You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • ¾ cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup green crème de menthe
  • ½ powdered sugar
Directions:
  1. Combine the wafer crumbs, pecans, 1 cup powdered sugar, corn syrup and crème de menthe, blending to make stiff dough
  2. Roll into 1″ balls, and roll in the additional ½ cup of powdered sugar to coat
  3. Drop onto wax paper or tray using table spoons

Cornflake No Bake Cookie Cecipe

Cornflake no bake cookie recipe

This cornflake no bake cookie recipe is a very easy, tasty recipe.
The cornflakes and peanut butter give it a great looking color, texture and taste.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips for the topping
Directions:
  1. Combine the corn syrup and white sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, Bring mixture to boil
  2. Boil for 1 minute and remove from the heat
  3. Sir in peanut butter until the mixture is smooth and creamy
  4. Mix in cornflakes until the cornflakes are evenly coated
  5. Drop onto wax paper or tray using tablespoons and set aside to cool

Topping:

  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in double broiler or a microwave
  2. Drizzle or spread chocolate over each cookie and set aside to cool

This cornflake no bake cookie recipe makes 24 cookies.
