Chocolate Coconut No Bake Cookie Recipe
The chocolate coconut no bake cookie recipe is rich in flavor, and best of all, easy to make.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Flaked coconut for rolling
Directions:
- Mix the oats, coconut and walnuts in medium bowl; Set aside
- Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil
- Boil for 1 minute, remove from the heat and stir in the oats mixture
- Let mixture cool for 3 minutes
- While the batter is still warm, slightly wet your hands and make into tablespoon size balls
- Roll the tablespoon size balls in coconut, place on wax paper and set aside to cool

Chocolate Chip No Bake Cookie Recipe
The Chocolate Chip No Bake Cookie Recipe is the basic, classic, no bake cookie recipe.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. milk chocolate
- 4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate in double broiler or a microwave
- Stir in the Rice Krispies and pecans
- Remove from heat and drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets or trays covered with wax paper
- Store in refrigerator until harden

Cherry Bourbon no bake cookie recipe
I tried the Cherry Bourbon no bake cookie recipe the minute I got it, as it seemed like a great promise, and as expected, it’s absolutely delicious.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 3 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 1/2 cups ground walnuts
- 24 candied cherries, halved
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave oven or over a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth
- Remove from heat and stir in the bourbon and corn syrup
- Toss together the crushed vanilla wafers and ground walnuts in a different bowl
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the crumbs in the bowl and blend well
- Shape into 1 inch balls and press a cherry half into the center of each ball
- Roll each cookie in confectioners’ sugar to coat
- Store the cookies for at least one week before serving

Caramel No Bake Cookie recipe
As a HUGE caramel fan, the Caramel No Bake Cookie recipe is one of my favorite no bake cookie recipes.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 6 ounces evaporated milk can
- 4 ounces pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 3 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
Directions:
- Combine the sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large saucepan
- Bring to rolling boil, stirring frequently
- Remove from the heat and SLOWLY add the pudding mix and oats (it’s very important to add the pudding mixture slowly to avoid lumps)
- Mix thoroughly and set aside to cool for 15 minutes
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a waxed paper lined tray

Butterscotch No Bake Cookie recipe
The Butterscotch No Bake Cookie recipe is a recipe you can’t go wrong with.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Butterscotch morsels
- 4 cups Corn flakes
- 3/4 cup Peanut butter
- 1 cup Peanuts
Directions:
- Melt the Butterscotch morsels and Peanut butter in a saucepan over LOW heat
- In another bowl, mix together the Corn flakes and Peanuts
- Pour the melted mixture over the dry mixture and mix until covered evenly
- Drop the mixture onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper using a teaspoon
- Refrigerate until firm
