Oatmeal Coconut no bake cookie recipe
Enjoy this easy to make, classic Coconut no bake cookie recipe.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
- Flaked coconut
Directions:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan
- Add the brown sugar, orange rind and orange juice, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved
- Remove from heat and stir in the oatmeal and nuts
- Set in refrigerator to set for 1 hour
- Take the refrigerated mixture, shape into balls and roll in coconut

M&M’s no bake cookie recipe
Using all those great ingredients, there’s no doubt this is a top notch no bake cookie recipe.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 1/2 pound M&M’s candies
- 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
- Stir the sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat
- Bring to a boil, stirring continuously; boil for 1 minute
- Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients
- Drop onto wax paper or tray using tablespoon
- Set in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool

Maple Walnut no bake cookie recipe
A quick and delicious no bake cookie recipe.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Marshmallow crème
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Black walnuts
- 1 tablespoon Maple flavoring
- 3 cup Rolled oats
Directions:
1. Mix the butter, granulated sugar, brown Sugar and milk; boil for two minutes
2. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients
3. Drop onto waxed paper or tray using spoonfuls
4. Set in the refrigerator for one hour until harden

Kentucky Bourbon no bake cookie recipe
A quick and easy no bake cookie recipe to indulge you with something sinfully sweet.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla wafers crumbs
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Confectioners’ sugar
Directions:
- Blend the vanilla wafers crumbs, sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, corn syrup and bourbon until thoroughly mixed
- Stir in the pecans
- Using tablespoons, roll the mixture to form small truffle-sized balls
- Roll the bourbon balls in the cocoa to coat them
- Sprinkle the balls with confectioners’ sugar before serving

Ingredients:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can evaporated milk (5 ounces)
- 1 1/4 cups vanilla cookie crumbs
- 1 1/4 cups ginger snap cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup Kahlúa liqueur
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups shredded coconut
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate chips in evaporated milk in saucepan over low heat; stir constantly until well blended
- Remove from the heat and set aside to cool for about 30 minutes
- Combine all the remaining ingredients except the coconut; stir into the chocolate mixture, blending well
- Shape the mixture into 1inch balls (if the dough is too moist, add up to another 1/3 cup of cookie crumbs)
- Roll each ball in coconut
- Drop onto wax paper or tray using table spoons
- Let air-dry for 2 hours then store in refrigerator
