This Samosa recipe is a meat Samosa recipe, I’ve posted a different post for Fish Samosa recipe.
So, let’s start with this Meat Samosa recipe, trust me, it tastes just great!
Samosa recipe Ingredients:
For the Samosa recipe stuffing:
- 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 3 small Cloves
- 1 lb. ground lamb or beef
- 2 thinly sliced large onions
- 1 tbsp. Ghurum Masala (add the Ghurum Masala after the curry is cooked by stirring it in before serving)
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. salt
For the Samosa recipe covering:
- 2 cups of unbleached flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1.5 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water
Samosa recipe Preparations:
The Samosa Recipe Meat Filling:
- Combine all ingredients in a large skillet or pan and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently
- Add a bit of oil if meat is too lean to grease the pan
- When meat is well browned, drain off any excess fat, set aside until ready to fill pastry
The Samosa Recipe pastry:
- Mix flour, salt and 1tbsp oil
- Add water little by little, form tight dough and keep aside
- Mix all the stuffing ingredients together in a bowl
- Take a lime sized ball of dough and roll out in a circle of about 6? diameter on a rolling board using a rolling pin
- Cut the round into half, each half makes one Samosa
- Add a big tablespoonful of the stuffing on one piece, fold into a triangle, holding the stuffing in carefully. Press the edges together to seal.
- Form all the Samosas in the same way
- Heat oil for frying and keep it on medium heat
- Add the Samosas into the hot oil and fry on both sides till they are golden brown
- Remove and drain well

This pork chop recipe is one of my favorite pork chop recipes
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Pork chops
- 6 tb Olive oil
- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
- 3 tb Dijon mustard
- 1 tb minced Chives
- 1 ts Dry tarragon
- Freshly ground pepper
PREPARATION:
- Arrange chops in a foil-lined rimmed baking pan
- Whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, chives and tarragon in small bowl;
Season with pepper to taste
- Spread 1 tablespoon of the mustard baste over each chop
- Bake for 10 minutes on upper rack of the oven preheated to 475 degrees
- Turn chops over and spread each one with one more tablespoon of the baste
- Continue to bake until meat in thickest part is no longer pink (around 8-10 minutes)

A Delicious Apple Pork Chop Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 apples, peeled cored, and sliced
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup hot cider
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat oil in large skillet
- Brown the pork chops in oil on both sides
- Place the chops in a baking dish just and sprinkle them with salt and pepper
- Cover the chops with the apples
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and hot cider
- Pour the mixture over the chops
- Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes

Apples Pork Chop Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 4 medium Golden Delicious apples; peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 large shallots, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1/4 cup Calvados or other apple brandy
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup apple cider
PREPARATION:
- Place pork slices between plastic wrap
- pound the pork slices to 1/4-inch thickness Using a mallet
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet
- Add the apples and sugar to the skillet and sauté for about 6 minutes, until golden brown; Set aside
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over high heat in another skillet
- Season the pork with salt and pepper
- Add the pork to the skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes per side, until cooked through; Transfer to a plate and keep warm
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat in same skillet
- Add shallots and thyme and sauté for 2 minutes
- Add the Calvados and boil until reduced to glaze, scraping up any browned bits
- Stir in cream and cider; boil for about 3 minutes until the mixture thickens to sauce consistency
- Spoon sauce over. Top generously with sautéed apple slices and serve
