The Beef Fried Rice Recipe is a delicious fried rice recipe for beef lovers, I hope you’ll enjoy it the way I did.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of rice
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped medium carrot
- 1 chopped celery rib
- 1 chopped scallion
- 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
Directions:
- Boil a medium pot of salted water
- Stir in the rice and boil for 10 minutes (until done)
- Drain the rice and set aside to cool
- Mix the soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl and set aside
- Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook the eggs for about 45 seconds until eggs are set, stirring constantly
- Transfer the eggs to a different bowl and set aside
- Add the ground beef, the carrot, celery and scallion to a pan over medium heat
- Sauté for 3 minutes, stirring often to break up meat, until browned
- Stir in ginger and garlic and cook for one minute
- Increase heat to high and add rice
- Stir-fry about 1 minute, until heated through
- Stir in soy sauce mixture and eggs and stir-fry 30 seconds longer

The Fried Rice Recipe to make you south Louisiana’s folks feel at home.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of long-grain rice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons minced gingerroot
- 3 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 lb peeled shrimp
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, divided
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil, divided
- 1 small onion, quartered and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
- 3/4 cup frozen green peas
- Pepper
Directions
- Boil a medium pot of salted water
- Stir in the rice and boil for 10 minutes (until done)
- Drain the rice and set aside to cool
- In small bowl mix the soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and 2 tsp Tabasco
- Stir in the shrimp and set aside
- In another bowl beat the eggs with 1/4 tsp salt, the remaining sesame oil, and Tabasco
- Heat a wok or large skillet
- Add 1 tbsp oil and shrimp mixture
- Stir-fry 3-4 minutes or until shrimps are done
- Remove from the wok or skillet and set aside
- Add another tbsp of oil to the wok and add the onion, stir-fry for one-two minutes and remove from the wok
- Heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil in wok and add the egg mixture
- Stir-fry until done (about one minute)
- Add the rice and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes
- Add everything to wok and cook 2 minutes longer

Barbecued Pork Fried Rice Recipe
The Barbecued Pork Fried Rice Recipe is a great easy and tasty fried rice recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of long-grain rice
- 1 cup diced barbecued pork
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 green onions, sliced with some green included
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
- Boil a medium pot of salted water
- Stir in the rice and boil for 10 minutes (until done)
- Drain the rice and set aside to cool
- Beat eggs lightly
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat
- Add the green onions and eggs, and stir for 10 to 20 seconds
- Add rice and the diced pork; stir briskly for 2 minutes
- Season with salt and soy sauce; mix well and serve

The mushroom fried rice recipe is another jewel in The Cook Duke’s Fried Rice Recipes section.
The recipe is easy to follow and great to eat
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of long-grain rice
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 1/2 pound thin sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon dried red-pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 6 scallions including green tops, sliced thin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
- Boil a medium pot of salted water
- Stir in the rice and boil for 10 minutes (until done)
- Drain the rice and set aside to cool
- While the rice is made, heat 1 tablespoon of the cooking oil in a large nonstick frying pan or wok, over moderately high heat
- Add half the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are tender and golden, move the mushrooms to a plate
- Repeat the mushrooms cooking with the other half of the mushrooms and another tablespoon of the cooking oil. Add these mushrooms to the plate
- In the same frying pan, heat the remaining tablespoon of cooking oil over moderate heat
- Add the red-pepper flakes, ginger, and scallions and cook, stirring, for about 30 seconds until fragrant
- Increase the heat to moderately high and add the rice, salt, and soy sauce
- Cook for 2 minutes, stirring, and add the peas and mushrooms
- Cook, stirring, for another 1 to 2 minutes until everything’s warm
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sesame oil
