I also wanted to know how you are able to make the ribbons, i tried making the swirls but the completely broke And for the first cake with Noddy in the car, does it have bread…or is it all fondant???

Hi,
i was wondering about the icing for the cakes. I’ve made several cakes and tried several types of icing and it always seems to melt or doesn’t hold like it should. What am i doing wrong? What kind of icing is the best type of icing? and what type of icing do you use under the fondant?

if i make a cake conver with fondant can i store the cake in the fridge without messing up tha fondant?
