Childrens Birthday Cakes
Childrens Birthday Cakes
The big day approaches, you have everything planned, and now you have to make your Childrens Birthday Cakes.
Unlike other birthday cakes, when it comes to childrens birthday cakes the cake’s theme is most important.
You don’t want to give your child a cake shaped as yesterday’s hero; it has to be updated, colorful, and beautiful enough to be the talk of the class.
Unlike other sections at The Cook Duke, on this section you’ll not find recipes and baking instructions, but you’ll be able to browse through dozens of Childrens Birthday Cakes for Inspiration.
Many of these pictures have full instructions on The Cook Duke’s Birthday Cake Ideas section.
For a great selection of amazing birthday cake ideas and instructions you can also join this amazing Birthday Cake Ideas site!

I wish I was your helper.
Do have any idea what it’s MARZIPAN?
October 15th, 2008 at 12:55 pm
Thanks!
being a hobby, there’s hardly any room to myself, not to mention any helper…
As for the Marzipan, Marzipan is simply a mixture of almond paste, powdered sugar, and a moistening agent such as water, corn syrup, glucose,or egg whites.
Marzipan is usually used for icing cakes and as decoration (try google image search for Marzipan babies) but most peope doesn’t realize that Marzipan is very tasty by itself and it makes a delicious delight even without coloring and shaping.
Hope it helps,
Happy Cooking

dear cookduke,
I have read your recipe on fondant icing and I would like so much to try it. My question is, what is the best cake recipe to be iced with fondant? There are 3 big events in our family this year and I would be making the cakes. Thank you so much and I hope you can give me some wonderful ideas. More Power.

Hi Bernie
Thanks for the compliment, but the childrens birthday cakes presented on my site are not for sale.
Those are cakes I made to make myself and others happy, and I try to teach anyone I can to do the same.
I understand you’re busy, but if you read my post called “how to make fondant” at http://thecookduke.com/fondant-recipe/ you’ll see how easy it is to make a professional looking cake.
Sorry I couldn’t help with buying the cakes, I’ll be more than happy to assist in making your own childrens birthday cakes.
