Thanks for the compliment, but the childrens birthday cakes presented on my site are not for sale.

Those are cakes I made to make myself and others happy, and I try to teach anyone I can to do the same.

I understand you’re busy, but if you read my post called “how to make fondant” at http://thecookduke.com/fondant-recipe/ you’ll see how easy it is to make a professional looking cake.

Sorry I couldn’t help with buying the cakes, I’ll be more than happy to assist in making your own childrens birthday cakes.

I have read your recipe on fondant icing and I would like so much to try it. My question is, what is the best cake recipe to be iced with fondant?
