Quick Chinese Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
- Boil a medium pot of salted water
- Stir in the rice and boil for 10 minutes (until done)
- Drain the rice and set aside to cool
- Melt butter in a skillet
- Add egg and cook until set
- Stir in the onion and rice
- Mix 1/3 cup water and soy sauce; add to the rice
- Simmer for 5 minutes and serve
