I made a rolled one fory daughters shower with a jungle theme to match the shower and cake i made but I rolled mine. I think all yours needs is maybe an extra row of ribbon on each layer ( one more towards the top the others towards the bottom) and some others decorations maybe flowers, toys, bows or something of the sort. I would have been exstatic to receive this at one of my baby showers. I have been making real cakes with themes that have had many flaws. But I put 110% effort in and they are always the talk of the party. I KNOW they could be better and therefore I am taking classes. I recently made a pokemon cake for my son, which my classmates knew I would be doing. When I went to class one of my classmates asked me how it turned out. I showed her a pic and she loved it. However, another classmate said she had seen better, and no, she was not kidding! I couldn't believe she would say something like that! SO unnecessary! DUH! I'm taking CAKE DECORATING CLASSES! Besides, I have people asking me all the time to make a cake for their parties. I think the diaper cake looks GREAT! So true, if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything. Fellow "creators" should encourage eachother, not criticize. If you are happy with what you created, thats all that matters. Even better if the recipient likes it! Any decent person would be appreciative. If you aren't happy with it, asking for tips is great. You ppl who were so mean, she already acknowledged that she was not happy with the way it turned out. You can give constructive criticism without insulting someone's work. You may think her cake is crappy. Crappy doesn't even begin to describe what kind of ppl you are.
