Hi I tried your fondant recipe but after decorating the cake ,the icing was as though it was melting and was very sticky. What could have be cause of this?

Ok i tyr this recipe the first time I used it works fine then i try it agaig and it gets all sticky and i dont know why the mixture i gets relly hot but im only puting it for 30 sec it would be so great if someone could hepl me out.

Will try yr fondant recipe as soon as I can find the ingredients… it is all hand mixed? is there any need for a heavy duty mixer to make this fondant? Wish you could make a video and post it on youtube … anyway will share as soon as I made a cake using yr fondant recipe.. thx!!
