Hi, I’d like to know how long fondant will keep? I have tightly wrapped it in plastic wrap & have put it in an airtight container as you suggested, also do i need to keep it refrigerated? Thanx

Pl Pl Pl. tell us how to color the fondant red …because it kept turning out shocking pink but not red even after adding a lot of Christmas red gel color from wilton…Pl. help me in this matter

Hello Cookduke,
I am trying to make a fondant cake for my son’s first birthday, and I was wondering if you could tell me how you made those wonderful animal figures out of fondant. I have never made fondant before, let alone decorated a cake with it. I know this is just your hobby, and you have a busy life. But if you could e-mail me instructions on how to make those animals I would appreciate it so much! Thank you!

i have tried to make the foundat but i didn’t get the correct result as espected, i get the dough but it was stick and when i tried to place it on the cake it get cut on the edges. what is the problem? please assist me
