Guacamole Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 avocados
- 1 small plum tomato
- 1/3 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 small minced chipotle
- 2 jalapeño peppers seeded and minced (you may add some of the seeds if you like very spicy dish)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste

Guacamole Recipe Directions:
- Peel the 3 Avocados and cut them into 1/2 inch dices, move the cutted dices to a bowl
- Cut the tomato into ¼ inch dices, add the dices to the bowl
- Add the onion, chipotle, jalapeño, garlic and lemon juice to the bowl and mix well
- Season with salt to taste

I tried making guacamole just last night for the first time and I was wanting to know of the easiest way to peel an avacado and the recipe I used said to blend it in a food chopper. It came out gritty, any suggestions cuz I’m gonna make yours today. Also, do you know of a good recipe for mole?
