Hi
I read your fondant recipe and although it seems easy I wasn't sure whether to give it a try.
After seeing this great result I'm sure going to give your fondant recipe a try.

Thanks

This cake is gorgeous!! Gives me great hope that I too, can make a beautiful cake. I'm just trying out fondant for the first time and very nervous about it. However, that's what people want these days, so I'm going to give it a try:) You did a great job!

Hi,
I just want to say that I like your cake and I am planning to make one for my son this week using your fondant recipe. I was wonder if you could tell me if I can make a cake two days before my son birthday party? I do not know if the fondant would not get too hard and no one would like my cake, or using this fondant recipe can the fondant last longer?.

I'm curious... I'm going to give this a try, but I'm not sure how to make it look as though there would be no seem when I put the fondant ON the cake. Are there special instructions as to what to do, there? I mean, I can see a slight seem on this one, but on others they look absolutely seemless (I'm thinking that comes w/practice?). Do you just rub it down? Will that take the seem out? Will I get the same result if I used, say, a wet q-tip? PLEASE HELP! :(

I'm going to use your recipe for fondant; the cake that I'm making calls for a marzipan layer before covering with fondant. Is this necessary?
