I sent her to gather the diapers,and items to decorate with. I found if you use bigger(I used size 3) and roll the diapers tightly and secure each with rubber bands,the cake is very sturdy. We started by making the core with 5-6 diapers and secured that with rubber bands. We secured each 'ring' to the core with bigger rubber bands. After we purchased everything, it took about 30 minutes to assemble. We covered the bottom layer with a blanket secured with ribbon. It was fun and easy.
