Almond Bark No Bake Cookie recipe
The Almond Bark No Bake Cookie recipe is a great No Bake Cookie recipe for Almond Bark lovers.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. almond bark
- 1 cup crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups rice Krispies
Directions:
- Melt almond bark in double broiler or a microwave
- Blend in the crunchy peanut butter
- Add the roasted peanuts, marshmallows and the rice Krispies and mix gently
- Drop the mixture onto wax paper lined cookie sheets by teaspoonfuls
- Refrigerate until set, keep refrigerated

My friend gave me this recipe a few years ago and although it seems like an odd one, it’s really good and I have put it in many of my goodie baskets. Everyone thinks they taste terrific and the best part is, you don’t have to bake them, so while they’re setting up, you can go on to the next recipe.

I have used this recipe for ocuntless church functions. It has actually become known as “Codi’s cookies” as I have used it so often. It is very well loved and extremely easy to make!

Why would anyone want these cookies they taste like carboard if you really want some good cookies then eat some chocolate Chip now thats the good stuff!
