Chocolate Oats No Bake Cookie Recipe

The Chocolate Oats No Bake Cookie recipe is a classic No Bake Cookie recipe.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Sweet Perfection sugar substitute
• 1/2 stick butter
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/2 cup skim milk
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 cups quick cooking oats
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Heat the sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk in a large pan over medium heat
2. Boil for 2 minutes and take off the heat
3. Mix in the peanut butter, oats, and vanilla; stir well
4. Mix in the Chocolate Chips; stir until thickens and starts to cool
5. Dip out onto wax paper or tray using spoons
6. Set in the fridge for at least 1 hour
