Ingredients:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can evaporated milk (5 ounces)

- 1/3 cup Kahlúa liqueur
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups shredded coconut
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate chips in evaporated milk in saucepan over low heat; stir constantly until well blended
- Remove from the heat and set aside to cool for about 30 minutes
- Combine all the remaining ingredients except the coconut; stir into the chocolate mixture, blending well
- Shape the mixture into 1inch balls (if the dough is too moist, add up to another 1/3 cup of cookie crumbs)
- Roll each ball in coconut
- Drop onto wax paper or tray using table spoons
- Let air-dry for 2 hours then store in refrigerator
