Oatmeal Fudge No Bake Cookie Recipe

Oatmeal Fudge no bake cookie recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Place the oats, vanilla extract and nuts in a bowl and set aside
- Combine the sugar, cocoa powder and evaporated milk in a saucepan; bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly
- Let boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter; stir until butter is melted
- Quickly add the oat mixture to the pan and stir until well mixed
- Drop onto wax paper using spoonful
- Set aside for 2 hours to cool

I’m looking for the no bake fudge recipe using hershey powdered chocolet, non fat dry milk, sugar philadelphia creme cheese, and possibly something else…lost mine when moving…please help if you can, Thank you.

Showed my daugther your no bake oatmeal fudge cookie recipe…she tried it. She just called and told me how much her family is enjoying them. She says they’re great! Thank you for the recipe. Mine ar cooling now.
