Peanut Butter Vanilla No Bake Cookie Recipe

Peanut butter Vanilla no bake cookie recipe
No bake cookie recipe everyone just loves.You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Bring sugar, cocoa, butter, milk, and salt to a rapid boil in a saucepan for 1 minute
- Add the quick cooking oats, peanut butter and vanilla and mix well
- drop onto waxed paper or tray using teaspoonfuls (work quickly before the dough gets harden
- Set aside to cool for 1 hour
