Apricot Nut No Bake Cookie Recipe
The Apricot Nut No Bake Cookie recipe is one of my kids’ favorite.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my great collection of No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
So, how to make this no bake cookie recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- Ground nuts
Directions:
- Beat the butter until creamy
- Add the apricot preserves and lemon juice and keep beating it
- Stir in the coconut and oats
- Shape into balls and roll in the ground nuts
- Keep refrigerated until serving
