Cherry Bourbon no bake cookie recipe
I tried the Cherry Bourbon no bake cookie recipe the minute I got it, as it seemed like a great promise, and as expected, it’s absolutely delicious.
You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 3 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 1/2 cups ground walnuts
- 24 candied cherries, halved
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave oven or over a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth
- Remove from heat and stir in the bourbon and corn syrup
- Toss together the crushed vanilla wafers and ground walnuts in a different bowl
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the crumbs in the bowl and blend well
- Shape into 1 inch balls and press a cherry half into the center of each ball
- Roll each cookie in confectioners’ sugar to coat
- Store the cookies for at least one week before serving

Hi Adam
I’m happy to see that you liked my Cherry bourbon no bake cookies recipe.
The mini marshmallows is a nice touch, I wasn’t that creative
If you happened to make it again I’d appreciate if you sent me a picture so I can present it on the site.
Thanks and Happy Cooking
