Apple Pork Chop Recipe #2

A Delicious Apple Pork Chop Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 2 apples, peeled cored, and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup hot cider

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet
  3. Brown the pork chops in oil on both sides
  4. Place the chops in a baking dish just and sprinkle them with salt and pepper
  5. Cover the chops with the apples
  6. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and hot cider
  7. Pour the mixture over the chops
  8. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes

Apples Pork Chop Recipe

Apples Pork Chop Recipe

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 4 medium Golden Delicious apples; peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 large shallots, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1/4 cup Calvados or other apple brandy
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup apple cider

 

PREPARATION:

  1. Place pork slices between plastic wrap
  2. pound the pork slices to 1/4-inch thickness Using a mallet
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet
  4. Add the apples and sugar to the skillet and sauté for about 6 minutes, until golden brown; Set aside
  5. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over high heat in another skillet
  6. Season the pork with salt and pepper
  7. Add the pork to the skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes per side, until cooked through; Transfer to a plate and keep warm
  8. Melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat in same skillet
  9. Add shallots and thyme and sauté for 2 minutes
  10. Add the Calvados and boil until reduced to glaze, scraping up any browned bits
  11. Stir in cream and cider; boil for about 3 minutes until the mixture thickens to sauce consistency
  12. Spoon sauce over. Top generously with sautéed apple slices and serve

Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookie Recipe

Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookie Recipe


These candy-like cookies are easy to make and delicious.

You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • Dashed salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups UNCOOKED oatmeal
Directions:
  1. Microwave the butter for 15-30 seconds, until the butter is melted
  2. Add 1/4 cup cocoa and blend until the cocoa is dissolved into the butter
  3. Add the sugar, whole milk and salt; blend well
  4. Microwave the mixture on high power for 70-80 seconds to bring to a full boil. (You want a full boil, but as it continue to cook for awhile once it’s removed from the microwave, heating it too long can cause the mixture to scorch)
  5. Add the vanilla extract, peanut butter and oatmeal; stir well
  6. Drop on waxed paper or tray using tablespoons and set aside to cool

This Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookie Recipe makes 12 cookies.

Peanuts Granola No Bake Cookie Recipe

Peanuts Granola no bake cookie recipe

The all time favorite Peanuts Granola No Bake cookie recipe.

You are welcome to try it, to try any of my other No Bake Cookie recipe and you’re more than welcome to leave a comment.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked Quaker Oats
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 1/4 cups NESTLÉ Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels

 

Directions:

  1. Mix the powdered sugar, peanut butter, milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl
  2. Stir in the oats, cereal and morsels; mix until cereals are completely and evenly coated
  3. Roll the cereal mixture into 1inch balls
  4. Drop onto wax paper or tray using tablespoon, set to cool until firm

This Peanuts Granola No Bake cookie recipe makes 36 cookies.
