Honey Grilled Pork Chops Recipe

These pork chops may be grilled or baked in the oven, although grilling on the BBQ is the best.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8-10 extra thin sliced pork chops

  • 2 cups honey (use more if needed)

  • Soy sauce

PREPARATION:

  • Pour honey in a bowl and add soy sauce until sauce is a syrupy consistency

  • Place the pork chops in a bowl and cover it with the sauce

  • Let the chops marinate for 2-24 hours (the longer they marinate the stronger the flavor)

  • Turn the sauce in the pan on low heat

  • Place the pork chops on the grill or in the oven, brush the left over marinade onto the pork chops as needed

  • Cook the pork chops until cooked all the way through

  • When the pork chops are finished, pour the sauce from the pan into a pouring dish, you can add the sauce to the pork chops when the dish is served

Add Soy sauce just until it turns the honey to syrupy.
It’ll take quite a bit, what I usually do is pour one generous pouring at a time, mix it well and add more if necessary.
