Pork Chops A La Dijon

INGREDIENTS:

4 boneless pork chops

  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon crushed capers

PREPARATION:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius)
  • Trim the fat from the pork hops
  • Spray a 13×9 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside
  • Place the bread crumbs into a shallow dish or pan
  • In a separate dish, mix the mustard, lemon juice, and capers
  • Dip both sides of the pork chops into the mustard mixture and after that dip it in the bread crumbs
  • Place the coated pork chops into the baking pan and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) for 20 minutesTurn the pork chops and keep baking for about 20 more minutes, until the meat is no longer pink
