Pork Chops Balsamic Recipe

Pork Chops Balsamic Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

4 1/2-inch thick, boneless loin pork chops

  • Lemon herb seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • Cooking spray

PREPARATION:

  • Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray and heat oven to med-high heat

  • Sprinkle both sides of the chops with seasoning and add to the skillet

  • Sear for one minute on each side and then reduce the heat to medium

  • Cook for 4-6 minutes on each side, remove from skillet and keep warm

  • Lightly wipe the skillet with a paper towel, return to heat and add the vinegar and broth

  • Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally

  • Before serving spoon the sauce over the pork chops
