Hi CookDuke,
I stumbled upon your site looking for a Fondant Recipe. I am very anxious to learn cake decorating.
Do you have a post showing how to smooth the fondant once it is on the cake? Also, do you have any posts about making shapes etc to put on your cake? I love the wedding cake photos. Lots of stuff I hope to learn to do. Are there any books you can recommend?

I also wanted to ask if one can sign up to be a member of your site?

The Cook Duke is my blog, where try to share my passion for cooking and beautiful things around the kitchen .
The site doesn’t offer any items for sale, but shares as much free information as I can.
The wedding cakes gallery aims to inspire those looking for decorative ideas, but unfortunately I don’t have the ability to sell them (I’m located outside the U.S and only do that as a hobby).
