Crush and grind the captain crunch cereal and corn flakes well in a pan and leave them.
Mix the eggs and the milk well in a bowl and set them aside.
In a separate bowl, put the flour and the garlic powder.
Add the onion powder and the black pepper to the bowl.
Stir them all together and set the bowl aside as well.
Put the chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
Move them around to be well coated with flour.
Remove out the excess flour.
Dip chicken pieces into the egg and milk bowl.
Move them to coat well with the mixture.
Dip chicken pieces into the captain crunch cereal mixture.
Move them to get well coated.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan.
Put coated chicken pieces in the hot oil.
Cook chicken pieces for 3-5 minutes or until they get golden brown and well cooked.
Get them out of the oil and serve them immediately.

4 table spoons of butter, softened

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Prepare 12 hole muffin pan or 24 hole mini muffin pan.
Line the muffin pan with foil liners.
Sift the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and cocoa into a large mixing bowl.
Set this mixture aside.
In another bowl, mix butter softened and sugar well until they get light and fluffy.

Add the flour to the bowl and mix it well with the previous ingredients using a food processor.
Add the vanilla extract to the mixture.
Add the milk gradually until you get the suitable consistency.

Mix eggs in the same bowl and beat for a minute.
Use a spatula to scrape the side of the bowl.
Beat this mixture on high speed for two minutes till all ingredients are mixed well.
Spoon the cupcake batter into your paper liners till they become 2/3 full.
Put them into the oven for 30 minutes or till the toothpick which is inserted in the center comes out from the cupcakes clean.
Leave cupcakes them in pans for 10 minutes till they chill.
Remove cupcakes them from pans and put them on wire racks so that they completely cool down.
